1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, ordering, or accessing game server hosting services provided by Game Lanka Hosting ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be at least 13 years of age, or have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase and manage game server hosting.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your client account credentials and server console logins.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and payment checkout.

3. Services & Automated Provisioning

Game Lanka Hosting specializes in premium game server hosting (including Paper Minecraft, Forge, Fabric, Java, and Bedrock editions). Server containers are allocated dedicated RAM, CPU, and NVMe SSD resources in an isolated Docker sandbox environment.

4. Pricing, Payments & Grace Period

• All prices are quoted and billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.) on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
• Payments are securely processed through our authorized partner PayHere or authorized direct bank deposit.
• Invoices are generated 7 days prior to renewal. A 3-day grace period is provided past the due date. Failure to settle invoices past the grace period results in automated server suspension. Suspended containers are permanently terminated and purged after 14 days of non-payment.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to misuse our hardware or network infrastructure. Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Initiating or targeting DDoS, DoS, brute-force, or network port-scanning attacks.
• Running cryptocurrency miners, bots, malicious scripts, torrent trackers, or unlicensed distribution servers.
• Hosting or disseminating unlawful, harassing, or defamatory content under the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any violation will result in immediate service termination without prior notice and without eligibility for any refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Game Lanka Hosting will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user-installed incompatible plugins, corrupted game worlds, user misconfigurations, or gameplay data losses. Customers are encouraged to maintain regular world backups via their server console.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
